Rap-Up.com || Behind the Video: Tyga f/ Wiz Khalifa

You don’t need to pop pills to experience Tyga’s trippy new video. The Young Money rapper let his imagination run wild while shooting the clip for “Molly” with Wiz Khalifa and Mally Mall this week in Los Angeles. T-Raww gives us a sneak peek into the visuals, which feature UV lights, robots, and a packed club.

“I wanted to mix I, Robot with a little Alice in Wonderland. I wanted to make it real trippy for ya’ll and just make it crazy,” said Tyga.

The song will appear on his upcoming album Hotel California, due April 9. In addition to Wiz, the guest list includes Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Chris Brown, Future, 2 Chainz, and Jadakiss.

When will Hip-hop stop glorifying “Mollys”? Im sure you got to pop a molly to hear all that techno music.. but since when do you have to pop a molly to listen to rap or hip hop?

This is so unoriginal. How could you be in the studio and say you want to make great music and then come up with a song called “Mollys”? WTF. That shit is so played out and all these rappers are just trying to make money which ever way they can. Only a few are telling stories, and giving us real content. I don’t mind a hot strip club joint or car ridin’ banger, but damn…it’s really gettin’ old and shallow.

Lil Wayne is a great rapper however he limits himself to making a certain type of topic in his music and thats why IN MY OPINION he wont ever go down as a the hip-hop legends ive mentioned.
75% of rappers today are crap and this song just proves it further!

UMM what a HUGE contradiction. If he was “original” he wouldnt do what rappers have been doing all this time rapping about “drugs”.
Rappers mostly glorify weed.. but never have they glorified hardcore drugs like mollys..
