New Music: Justin Bieber – ‘All That Matters’

All That Matters

Justin Bieber continues his #MusicMondays series. Following “Heartbreaker” last week, the 19-year-old superstar serenades a special lady with “All That Matters.” Over a stripped-down instrumental, he pours his heart out, while showing off his vocal chops.

“You make me complete/ You’re all that matters to me/ What’s a king bed without a queen?” sings Justin.

He plans to drop a new single or “journal” every Monday for the next 9 weeks leading up to the release of the Believe movie in December.

“I love #journals because i can be honest & share how i feel & i love the #BelieveMovie because it will answer all the lies & show the truth,” he tweeted.

Hear Justin’s sweet serenade below.

@EnuffAlready, You sound so fucking racist and ignorant. Shut your ass up.
You do not speak for me or any other black people. Bye!

@EnuffAlready, what does turning black even mean…there is no such thing. the only thing that is changing is his style of his music. whites can be apart of R&B as well.

I’ve loved all of his music since “Believe”!
I still don’t understand how he managed to become famous with an atrocity like “Baby”, but it all worked out for the best apparently!

@Ouch!, Hi :) I am an adult Belieber and wanted to let you know that for me Baby is my LEAST favourite song. Never loved it much. For non-Beliebers Baby is all they know. But he has such meaningful and powerful other songs (from that time). Examples Runaway Love, Nowhere but Up, That Should Be Me, Stuck in the Moment. He’s even rapped pretty good before too. He’s ALWAYS had this black/R&B vibe in his songs. Since Atlanta was his music homebase.

Wish he had a good personality to compliment his music, sadly he doesn’t. The whole EDM community now hates JB after this weekends little incident, LOL. No respect from this kid…

@-.-, He does sound like Chris now! This sounds like something Chris would have released on his first album. Justin is clearly jocking Chris style, from the music to his look, the tats, his clothes, his lame crew. Justin wants to be black so bad! He is clearly influenced by black artist & r&b music but JB just doesn’t have the vocals to back it up.!The song is nice, sounds like something Drake would have written but vocally JT can’t handle r&b. He is such a weak vocalist. And don’t even get me started on his dancing. All his surburban white girl fanbase really hyped this kid up. He’s so mediocre is ridiculous. I’m surprised he’s lasted this long.

@cassidyboi, hi :) Just to clearify. You do realise Justin is friends and hangs with all of them!?! Chris Brown (they even have a song together), Drake, Usher, PDiddy and many more and from a very young age too. And then there’s that ALL Justin’s music is produced by the same people the other R&B artists use too. So of course his music has that vibe and sound Rodney Jerkins, Poo Bear, Kuk Harrell all producers that worked with Justin. Even Pharrell a month or so ago.

I hate children. Only a child would disagree that this isnt an R&B song. Justin is DEFINITELY getting back to R&B ROOTS. WHAT THIS ISNT, IS POP, LIKE ONE DIRECTION. THIS IS AN R&B SONG, SOMETHING THAT CHRIS BROWN, USHER, DONELL JONES, TANK,JAGGED EDGE WOULD MAKE. AND THAT IS A VERY BLACK SOUND. ITS CALLED SOUL!White people have been stealing from us since the beginning of time. Its public knowledge that Elvis wanted to be James Brown as even Chuck Berry. Justin Timberlake moved from pop into Ushers lane and didnt stop until he mastered it. Thats just what they do.
