Rihanna & Paul McCartney Perform 'FourFiveSeconds' at Desert Trip
Rihanna and Paul McCartney were about “FourFiveSeconds” from wildin’ at Desert Trip on Saturday (Oct. 15).
Joking about the Indio, Calif. festival’s demographic, the Beatles legend said that they “finally found someone under the age of 50” when he introduced Bad Gal as “the queen of Barbados.”
During his Weekend 2 set, the two delivered their Kanye West collaboration, with McCartney covering Yeezy’s lines. It was the first time they performed the song since last year’s Grammys.
As the surprise guest, Rihanna made quite the fashion statement with an oversized, pinstriped suit. After performing “FourFiveSeconds,” RiRi hugged the British icon and walked off to applause.
McCartney wasn’t the only legend at Desert Trip. Neil Young, Bob Dylan, and The Rolling Stones also headlined the two weekend festival at Indio’s Empire Polo Club.
