New Music: Ray J - 'How Did I Know'
Ray J is looking for Raydemption all year and he’s getting started with his new single “How Did I Know.”
Over a head-boppin’, piano-laden instrumental, Ray recaps his life, including his days as a “player” on “For the Love of Ray J.” But he also focuses on his 2016 marriage to Princess Love.
“Now I got a wife that will kill me, man,” sings the R&B star. “You know I’m a new man / Look at the ring on my left hand / I got business out in Thailand / I’m doing deals with the white man.”
Speaking of big deals, Ray is celebrating a major one. TMZ reports that the singer/reality star signed a $1 million deal for his appearance on “Celebrity Big Brother UK.” The agreement reportedly includes an additional $30,000 to fly back and forth, including hotel fees.
Prior to dropping “How Did I Know,” Ray released his Chris Brown-assisted single “Famous,” which is also reportedly set to appear on the album. The track raised eyebrows in November due to lyrics inspired by his ex, Kim Kardashian.
