J. Cole Announces '4 Your Eyez Only World Tour'

  /  02.21.2017

J. Cole’s self-imposed tour hiatus is over.

After announcing a break from touring back in October of 2016, the North Carolina rapper has unveiled the dates for his “4 Your Eyez Only World Tour.”

The 57-city global jaunt will begin in Columbia, South Carolina on June 1. From there, it will hit 12 more intimate settings before heading into Live Nation arenas throughout North America and the U.K.

Jermaine’s overseas journey will also include arena and theater dates across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. The run is set to end Dec. 9 in Perth, Australia.

An American Express pre-sale in select markets will run from today (Feb. 21) at noon local time through Thursday (Feb. 23) at 10 p.m. local time. A fan pre-sale through Dreamville is set to launch Feb. 22, while tickets for the general public will go on sale Friday (Feb. 24).

Cole’s last tour was 2015’s “Forest Hills Drive Tour.” Last year, he embarked on a festival run that included The Meadows Music & Arts Festival in New York in October, where he announced his hiatus. “This is my last show for a very long time,” he said. A month later, he performed with Jay Z, Beyoncé, and others at a Hillary Clinton rally in Cleveland.

The “4 Your Eyez Only World Tour” comes in support of Cole’s fourth album 4 Your Eyez Only, which topped the Billboard 200 in December.
