Video: Jay Rock - 'The Bloodiest'

Hot on the heels of his new album Redemption, Jay Rock hits the blood-soaked streets in the video for “The Bloodiest.”

Directed by Colin Tilley, the dark and trippy clip opens with the TDE rapper cooking for two kids before being held at gunpoint by a white woman. Along his strange and twisted journey, he witnesses a friend being operated on and a funeral inside a house. As he stands on the steps in his bloody Jordans in the final scenes, he proclaims his new mindset.

“Been a nuisance to my OGs, got a new sense 2018,” raps Rock. “Put that on the bloodiest, whip clean on the bloodiest.”

Redemption is out now featuring appearances from Kendrick Lamar, SZA, J. Cole, Future, and Jeremih.
