Lupe Fiasco Warns Listeners About New Single ‘Lamborghini Angels’

Lupe Fiasco is bound to stir up more controversy with his next single. The Chicago MC has unveiled the black-and-white artwork for “Lamborghini Angels.” The follow-up to the Pete Rock and CL Smooth-sampled “Around My Way (Freedom Ain’t Free)” and “Bitch Bad” will be available August 14 on iTunes. It contains brash lyrics that may offend some people.

“Warning: if you are easily offended or religiously sensitive DO NOT listen to Lamborghini Angels. Contains very disturbing content,” tweeted Lupe. “Listener discretion is thoroughly advised.”

The song will appear on his fourth album Food & Liquor II: The Great American Rap Album Pt. 1, due September 25.

A glowing Mariah Carey flaunts her curves on the cover of her new single “Triumphant (Get ‘Em),” which she revealed via her newly-created Instagram account. The Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox production, which features Rick Ross and Meek Mill, will premiere on Thursday, August 2. A video was shot over the weekend.

Mariah has more surprises in store this week leading up to the single’s release. “Get ready for a triumphant week, we have surprises every day!” she tweeted.

A$AP Rocky Announces A$AP Mob Single ‘Bath Salt’

Fresh off announcing his “LongLiveA$AP” tour, A$AP Rocky has revealed the first single off the upcoming A$AP Mob album. The song, entitled “Bath Salt,” features Mob member YG Addie aka A$AP Ant and rap trio Flatbush Zombies. It will premiere Friday at 12 a.m. The Harlem rapper also unveiled the ominous artwork, which shows an illustrated coffin with the words “Assassinate snitches and police.”

Single Cover: 50 Cent f/ Alicia Keys & Dr. Dre – ‘New Day’

New Day

50 Cent has been flooding the Internet with free music on his digital releases The Big 10, The Lost Tape, and most recently, 5 (Murder by Numbers), but he’s finally ready for his fifth album.

The G-Unit mogul has announced “New Day” as the official first single off Street King Immortal, due in November.

Dr. Dre and Alicia Keys share billing with Curtis on the song, which has the same title as the Swizz Beatz-produced track Alicia released last month. 50’s version is set to hit iTunes on July 24.

Dawn Richard Unveils 3 Covers for ‘Pretty Wicked Things’

Dawn Richard reveals not one, but three covers for her new song “Pretty Wicked Things.” One religious-themed photo depicts Jesus and his mother Mary, the second features roaring lions, and the third is a close-up of Dawn with black hair and nails. The dark track, produced by her Armor On collaborator Druski, will drop tomorrow on iTunes.

Dawn has shared some of the lyrics with her Hearts in advance.

“I heard the thunder/ Looked like lightning/ I didn’t know under could be so frightening/ Until love went dark/ Lost the sun in your heart,” she sings.
