The MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2008 were held on Saturday in Saitama, Japan. Nelly performed “Party People” with Fergie and Mariah Carey performed “I’ll Be Lovin’ U Long Time.” Mariah was also honored with the Video Vanguard Award.
