Video: Usher Goes Christmas Shopping

Macy’s opened early for Usher, who did some last-minute Christmas shopping at the retailer’s flagship store in New York City’s Herald Square. He picked out some clothing for his two sons and hooked up Santa Claus with his new men’s fragrance Usher VIP.

While he’s venturing into other businesses, the R&B singer is in no hurry to launch a clothing line. “I’m building a lifestyle brand and I’m not rushing to do clothes,” he told The Associated Press. “I feel like I’m speaking to my customer now with the fragrances, and, in this economy and with my style and attention to detail, my clothes won’t come cheap. It’s not the right time.”
