Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull, and Claudia Leitte

Despite reports that she had canceled, Jennifer Lopez made her way to Brazil to perform at the 2014 World Cup opening ceremony in São Paulo on Thursday.

The sexy superstar joined Pitbull and Brazilian singer Claudia Leitte to kick off the festivities with a performance of the official World Cup anthem “We Are One (Ole Ola),” dressed in the colors of the Brazilian flag.

Accompanied by a Brazilian percussion troupe, J.Lo and Pitbull rose up from the ground onto the flower-shaped platform and waved their hands from side to side during the lively set, which ended with cheers from the crowd.

J.Lo later posted a video from backstage of her dancing in her busty green leotard. “Who said I wasn’t coming?” she said.
