New Music: R. City feat. Adam Levine - 'Locked Away'

R. City has been putting in work behind the scenes, penning hits for Miley Cyrus (“We Can’t Stop”), Nicki Minaj (“Only”), Rihanna (“Pour It Up”), and more of today’s top stars. Now the hitmaking duo recruits Adam Levine for its reggae-tinged single “Locked Away,” produced by Dr. Luke and Cirkut. The Maroon 5 frontman questions his lover’s loyalty, while R. City sprinkles the track with some island flavor.

“If I got locked away and we lost it all today / Tell me honestly, would you still love me the same?” sings Levine.

R. City will release its debut EP later this summer via Dr. Luke’s Kemosabe Records/RCA.
