Kendrick Lamar Guest Stars in 'Black-ish' Promo

  /  01.09.2016

Everyone loves Kendrick Lamar, including the Johnson family. Fresh off his “Tonight Show” appearance, the 11-time Grammy nominee guest stars in a promo for ABC’s hit series “Black-ish.”

With his song “Alright” serving as the soundtrack, K-Dot crashes on the couch alongside the cast including Dre (Anthony Anderson) and Bow (Tracee Ellis Ross) and their TV family, Zoey, Andre Jr., Jack, and Diane, while they attempt to make a viral video. He also helps himself to some food while he’s there.

Kendrick is not the first rapper to get down with the Johnsons. Other hip-hop stars including Diddy, Mary J. Blige, and Jermaine Dupri have appeared on the show.

Watch K-Dot’s cameo and catch new episodes each Wednesday at 9:30 p.m.
