Video: FKi 1st feat. Post Malone - 'The Meaning'
There’s a First Time for Everything and FKi 1st knows it.
In between dates on Justin Bieber’s “Purpose World Tour,” the Atlanta-based artist-producer unleashes his new EP, First Time For Everything, Pt. 1, featuring contributions from Post Malone, ILoveMakonnen, NJOMZA, and the late Bankroll Fresh, among others.
To accompany the six-track project, FKi also unveiled the music video for his Post-assisted single, “The Meaning.” Directed by John Rawl and JMP, the visual features model Madzilla while the cut was motivated by 1st’s “life coach.”
“Gucci Mane was my inspiration writing the song,” he told The FADER. “He’s my life coach. The video is a regular day when you’re driving by yourself or at home looking in the mirror and thoughts start running through your mind. We shot part in L.A. and part in Chicago. Shout out to my bro Post for coming out in the freezing cold and to my homie Madzilla for blessing the video.”
