Beyoncé Pays Tribute to Shawty Lo in Atlanta

  /  09.27.2016

Beyoncé honors Shawty Lo.

During her “Formation World Tour” stop in Lo’s hometown Atlanta on Monday (Sept. 26), Queen Bey offered a nod to the late D4L MC, who died last week in a car accident.

At one point in her set, Yoncé blended her “Diva” anthem with Shawy’s solo hit “Dey Know.” After her routine, Bey kissed her hand and pointed at the sky.

Prior to the show, Jeezy and DJ Khaled performed “Dey Know” in honor of Lo too.

“We’re gonna do this shit for my ni**a,” said the Snowman before launching into the 2007 smash. “One time. Let’s get it!”

Khaled and Jeezy weren’t the only stars to show up for Queen Bey’s ATL show. More big names also turned up backstage, including T.I., Jermaine Dupri, Ludacris, The-Dream, Big K.R.I.T., and Migos, who all took a photo with Jay Z in the green room.

Gucci Mane was also in attendance and took his own flick with Hov. His caption? “The GODS!!”

With three more stops (Philadelphia, Nashville, and East Rutherford), Beyoncé’s “Formation World Tour” is almost over as it comes to a close on Oct. 7.
