Report: Mariah Carey & James Packer End Relationship
Mariah Carey and her fiancé James Packer have reportedly called it quits, at least for now.
TMZ reports that the power couple has had issues in light of MC’s “Mariah’s World” docuseries. While Packer has reportedly not been on board from the start, trouble really came to a head when the singer had “some sort of rendezvous with one of the dancers in her Vegas show,” and it was captured on video for the E! series.
According to Women’s Day in Australia, the Aussie billionaire was also unhappy with Mariah’s “extravagant spending.”
Some wondered if there was trouble in paradise when Mariah’s ex-husband Nick Cannon showed up to her Halloween party this past weekend. Packer, on the other hand, was a no-show. His camp claimed it was because the billionaire isn’t a fan of Halloween parties, but some believe this further confirms the end of their relationship.
Packer and Carey were engaged to be married in January. Cannon and Carey have two children, Roc and Roe, from their marriage.
“Mariah’s World,” an eight-part docuseries, premieres Dec. 4 on E!
