New Music: The Game - 'What Else'
The Game gets into gaming. As part of “Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands” video game soundtrack, Chuck Taylor unleashes the hard-hitting banger, “What Else.”
“Cock it and blast it,” he raps. “Put ’em all in a casket / Striking the matches, wrap you in plastic / Call me for duty and I’ll murder the masses.”
Later, he adds: “Can I live? Can I breathe? Or will I die with this flag on my sleeve / What else? / Is it war, is it pain / Will I survive ’till the end of the game?”
The track’s deadly theme is perfect for “Ghost Recon: Wildlands,” a video game based on a military shooter. But it’s just one of four tracks from the game’s soundtrack, which was curated by T.I. and DJ Skee. The project also features contributions from Tip (“Dope Game”), Belly (“Consuela” featuring Young Thug and Zack), and Nipsey Hussle (“Grindin”).
