Chrisette Michele Remixes Drake's 'Passionfruit'

More Life is spawning more remixes. Following Dave East’s EastMix to “Free Smoke,” Chrisette Michele flips Drake’s R&B jam “Passionfruit.” The R&B songstress adds her soulful touch to the sensual song, turning it into a duet.

“Why is it you run away when only / I need you and you need me, but you know me,” sings an ethereal Chrisette.

While not an official remix, Chrisette and Drizzy are no strangers. They previously collaborated on Rick Ross’ “Aston Martin Music.”

Michele—who made headlines earlier this year for her controversial performance at President Trump’s inauguration—is readying a new album called Still American. In January, she dropped her spoken word poem “No Political Genius.”
