Watch Meek Mill's Funkmaster Flex Freestyle

  /  07.21.2017

Fresh off the release of his new album Wins & Losses, Meek Mill is claiming “Victory.”

During a Hot 97 freestyle for Funkmaster Flex, the Dreamchasers boss rhymed over Puff Daddy’s famed No Way Out single featuring The Notorious B.I.G and Busta Rhymes. “Last night was mad real,” he raps. “Poppin’ percs like they was Advils / I’ve been putting on for my city seven summers and they actin’ like they mad still.”

From there, Meek went on to rhyme over Rowdy Rebel’s “Computers” instrumental and a sample of Rose Royce’s “Wishing on a Star.” Meanwhile, social media influencer Fatboy SSE joined him for some ad-libs.

“Tell me I’m losing, what do you mean?” Meek raps on his last verse. “Westbrook, baby, no switching teams / Drop a triple double every time I’m on the scene / I won’t claim that bitch, that’s Billie Jean / She’s not my lover / Lethal weapon, Danny Glover / O.J. style when I cut her.”

Fans may recall, Meek was up at Funk Flex’s show in November, when he also delivered a barrage of bars during a freestyle session.

Featuring Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign (“Whatever You Need”), Young Thug (“We Ball”), Rick Ross and Yo Gotti (“Connect the Dots”), and Lil Uzi Vert (“F**k That Check Up”), among others, Wins & Losses is out now.
