Jacquees Drops 'Quemix 3'

Jacquees is back with another Quemix.

Following his remix to Ella Mai’s “Trip” and Drake’s “Jaded,” the Cash Money crooner delivers a fresh batch of R&B-laced remixes on the third installment in his Quemix series.

The project, which follows 2015’s Quemix 2 and 2013’s original, features eight covers including his remix to GoldLink’s “Crew” featuring Trey Songz. He also flips Ginuwine’s “None of Ur Friends Business” and Daniel Caesar’s “Get You,” and enlists Wale for a remix to H.E.R.’s “Against Me.”

Quemix 3 arrives on the heels of controversy over Jacquees’ “Trip” cover. The fan favorite was pulled off the internet after a copyright claim from Ella Mai’s label, 10 Summers. “When it comes to someone trying to monetize, then it becomes a different issue on the label side,” Ella told Ebro on Hot 97. “That’s never gonna happen.”
