Arrest Warrant Issued for Nipsey Hussle's Baby Mama

  /  05.20.2019

Nipsey Hussle’s baby mama is a wanted woman.

According to TMZ, Tanisha Foster recently missed a court appearance after being busted for a DUI in Los Angeles a couple years ago. She pled no contest to one of the charges and was sentenced to three years probation.

After not showing up to her May 15 court date, Foster’s probation was revoked and a bench warrant was issued for her arrest.

Foster reportedly has a lengthy criminal record. In 2007, she was busted for vandalism, annoying phone calls, and disturbing the peace. The charges were dismissed after she completed probation. In 2006, she was arrested for resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

The arrest warrant comes in the midst of a custody battle between Foster and Nipsey’s brother, Blacc Sam, and sister, Samantha Smith. Smith has filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court asking for guardianship of Nipsey’s 10-year-old daughter, Emani Asghedom, claiming Tanisha isn’t a fit parent.

During last week’s emotional guardianship hearing, Foster broke down in tears when she saw Emani for the first time in months. A judge cleared the courtroom for 20 minutes so that Tanisha and Emani could spend time together.

A judge has yet to rule on the custody of Emani.
