New Music: Majid Jordan - 'Superstar'

After getting “Caught Up” with Khalid, Majid Jordan debuts its newest track “Superstar.”

The OVO Sound duo celebrates the special people in their lives on the glossy uptempo jam, which showcases their signature pop and R&B style.

“I just wanna spend my life with you / Go around the world and to the moon,” they sing. “I just wanna share the light with you / Have some kids and move to France with you.”

“Everybody has a superstar in their life. We wanted to celebrate that. This song is a late-night dance party that you can share with that special someone,” said Majid, while Jordan added, “‘Superstar’ is going to bring our fans back to the classic Majid Jordan wave, but this time it’s set in a different galaxy. I made sure to keep the energy high from start to finish.”

“Superstar” follows the July release of “Caught Up,” which has amassed 28 million streams. The Canadian duo is now gearing up for a new project, their first since 2017’s The Space Between.
