Ghostluvme Thrills with Gothic Video for 'Vampira'

  /  04.06.2020

Ghostluvme is quickly making a name for himself while thrilling fans with his latest single “Vampira.”

Produced by Miami hitmakers Ronny J (Eminem, XXXTentacion) and BRYVN (Trippie Redd, Juice WRLD), the Auto-Tuned track finds the 25-year-old Florida rapper-singer yearning for a past lover. “Time feels like forever without you,” he sings.

Ghostluvme, who cites Kendrick Lamar and Frank Ocean as musical influences, conjures up ghoulish spirits in the accompanying video. Directed by LouieKnows (NBA YoungBoy, Trippie Redd) and shot in Glendale, Calif., the gothic clip finds Ghost surrounded by freaky femme fatales in a haunted house filled with pentagrams and deer heads. Beyoncé’s lead dancer Ashley Everett makes a cameo as a snake goddess enticing an 18-foot python.

“Vampira” is just a taste of what’s to come from Ghostluvme’s forthcoming album Fear of Luving in Las Vegas. The bass-heavy project, which is rooted in trap and R&B, boasts production from super-producers including Scott Storch, Zaytoven, and Statik Selektah.
