Beyoncé Joins YouTube's Virtual Graduation Ceremony

Beyoncé is celebrating the Class of 2020.

While the pandemic has prevented graduation ceremonies, YouTube will honor this year’s graduating class with its “Dear Class of 2020” livestream, a global virtual commencement ceremony featuring appearances and musical performances from today’s biggest stars.

Queen Bey will deliver an inspirational message to the Class of 2020 during the celebration. She joins an illustrious list of leaders, celebrities, and YouTube creators including President and Mrs. Obama, Jennifer Lopez, Lady Gaga, Alicia Keys, Janelle Monáe, Taylor Swift, Ciara and Russell Wilson, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Kelly Rowland, Kerry Washington, Kevin Durant, and many more.

The graduating class will also be treated to performances from Lizzo, Camila Cabello, Chloe x Halle, and Maluma.

After the symbolic graduation cap toss, the festivities will continue with a grad night party hosted by YouTube Music featuring performances from Doja Cat, Megan Thee Stallion, BTS, and CNCO.

“Dear Class of 2020” will stream live on June 6 starting at 3 p.m. ET/12 p.m. PT.
