The Carters & the Smiths Celebrate 'Fela!'

Two of entertainment’s most powerful couples, Jay-Z and Beyoncé and Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, celebrated the 11 Tony Award nominations for “Fela!” at a post-theater reception at The Palm West in New York City on Thursday night (May 20). Both couples are producers of the Broadway musical, which will compete at next month’s ceremony.
