Chris Brown

Though he’s been in the public eye ever since he released his third album Graffiti in December 2009, Chris Brown has been a good boy following his probation stemming from the highly-publicized attack on his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. And the judge seems to agree that he’s back on the right track.

C. Breezy went before a judge today to give an update on how his probation has been going, and the consensus was all good. After looking over a progress report, the judge told Chris that he was doing a “great job” for following the terms of his probation so well, according to TMZ. The judge announced to the courtroom that he had attended all of his mandatory domestic violence counseling sessions and has been “working consistently” to finish his community labor.

Brown, who is due back in court on November 18 for another progress report, was charged with felony assault and making criminal threats back in March 2009, with a sentence consisting of five years of probation, one year of domestic violence counseling, and six months of community service. He was also slapped with a restraining order that prevents him from coming within 100 yards of Rihanna, except at public events, when it is reduced to 10 yards.
