Sam Smith and Jennifer Lopez

Lana Del Rey, Sam Smith, Linkin Park, and Jennifer Lopez all released new albums this week, but only one came out on top.

Del Rey earns her first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with Ultraviolence. The album sold 182,000 copies in its first week, giving her the largest sales week for a female artist since Beyoncé’s self-titled album sold 310,000 in late 2013.

British crooner Sam Smith takes the runner-up spot with his critically-acclaimed debut In the Lonely Hour. Previously released overseas, the album sold 166,000 copies in the U.S.

“I am overwhelmed and truly touched,” tweeted Smith. “Thank you to everyone who has purchased it xx.”

Jennifer Lopez returns to the charts with her 10th album A.K.A., which debuts at No. 8 with 33,000. Her last album, 2011’s Love?, opened at No. 5 with 83,000.

A.K.A. marks J.Lo’s eighth top 10 album, but the lowest first-week sales of her career.

Other top 10 entries this week include Linkin Park (No. 3), Willie Nelson (No. 6), and Deadmau5 (No. 9).
