With her sixth album Jackie in stores, Ciara hit up the promo circuit this week. After taking over “Today” on Tuesday, she stopped by “The View” on Wednesday to perform her single “I Bet.” Wearing a long black dress, she kicked it off with an interpolation of Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive,” complete with some new lyrics inspired by her ex.

“I’m looking at you thinking, ‘Man, you were my best friend,'” sings CiCi. “But I guess it is what it is / Now I’m singing you this song / I’m movin’ on.”

She also chatted with Raven-Symoné and Nicole Wallace about her new album and motherhood. “It is the best thing that has happened to my life,” she said of her one-year-old son Future Zahir Wilburn.

Ciara headlined a show at New York’s Best Buy Theatre last night and will continue her “Jackie” tour through May 31.
