New Music: Mac Miller feat. Sean Price - 'Pet Sounds'

  /  08.12.2015

Mac Miller has been on his promo grind for his upcoming album GO:OD AM, but he’s taking a moment to pay tribute to Brooklyn rapper Sean Price, who passed away in his sleep last weekend.

Over shimmering production from Nottz, Mac (under his Larry Fisherman alias) trades bars with the Heltah Skeltah member, who’s as effortlessly gruff and streetwise as ever.

“Master shit with no practice, Al Iverson,” he barks. The song is a poignant artifact from an MC who was still at the top of his game.

Mac has also encouraged fans to donate money to support Price’s family. So far, over $72,000 has been raised.
