T.I., Meek Mill, & Quavo Perform 'Black Man' on 'Kimmel'

  /  11.16.2016

T.I. brings an important message to late night. Joined by Meek Mill, Quavo, and RaRa, TIP delivers a performance of his Us or Else single “Black Man” on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”

Although it took place last week — when TIP spoke about his Donald Trump protest — the performance footage has finally made its way online.

In the clip, each MC unleashes a potent verse discussing injustice, while the Grand Hustle general brings things home.

“Police see I got my hands up,” he raps. “Still wanna kill me, they don’t understand us / They be looking for a reason just to shoot me / And wanna do me how they do us in the movies / Or how they do it out in Baton Rouge / Or Ferguson, or Florida, or Baltimore, they make excuses.”

Watch the politically-charged performance of “Black Man” below.
