New Music: Snoop Dogg feat. Charlie Wilson - 'One More Day'

  /  02.23.2018

After dropping his 220 EP and a series of gospel tracks, Snoop Dogg returns with yet another faith-based release on “One More Day.”

Starring Charlie Wilson and a choir, Tha Doggfather-less cut is a testimony to change and recovery over a church-ready instrumental. “He picked me up and he turned me around,” sings Uncle Charlie. “I’m looking pretty good right now / Worst crackhead that you ever did see / But I got a feeling it’s gonna be alright.”

The stirring choir joins Wilson for a soaring chorus, complete with hand claps. “God has given us one more day,” they sing over the organ and horns. “Can you sing it again?” asks Wilson before harmonizing. “God has given us one more day.”

“One More Day” is a single off Snoop’s upcoming gospel album Snoop Dogg Presents Bible of Love, which is also set to feature the Kim Burrell collaboration “Sunshine Feel Good.”

Earlier this week, the D-O-Double-G also released his EP 220, which features Dreezy, Jacquees, and more. Now, he’s prepping Bible of Love, which is due March 16.

After releasing the new joint, Snoop took to Instagram, where he said he “wouldnt do the album without my guy [Charlie Wilson].” Listen to “One More Day” below.
