Juice WRLD and Young Thug Ready Joint Album
Juice WRLD and Young Thug’s worlds are about to collide.
During an interview with GQ, the “Lucid Dreams” rapper revealed that he and Thugger are working on a joint project and are already 10 tracks deep.
“It’s going to happen,” he said. “Just whenever we put it out, I don’t know.”
He previewed one of their collaborations for the magazine. “I got a condo for my hoes / I put some diamonds on her toes,” raps Thugger before Juice references the 2016 viral mannequin challenge: “Off of the perc and the Xan again, yeah / Walk in the store like a mannequin, yeah / Double G on me like mannequin, yeah / Make me feel like the mannequin challenge again.”
Juice previously teamed up with Future on their 2018 joint project WRLD on Drugs, which featured collaborations with Lil Wayne, Young Thug, Nicki Minaj, and Gunna.
He also has his eye on working with Buddy Nielsen of post-hardcore band Senses Fail and has been messaging with Pharrell about a potential collaboration.
In March, Juice landed his first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with his sophomore album Death Race for Love.
