Rick Ross Accused of Not Paying Child Support

Rick Ross is going through baby mama drama.

The mother of the rapper’s two children has accused the Maybach Music mogul of not paying child support.

According to Bossip, Briana Camille said Ross hasn’t made payments in months and did not support her financially throughout her pregnancy.

Additionally, Camille claims that Ross hasn’t attempted to see their 3-year-old daughter, Berkeley, and 2-year-old son, Billion, in two months and has accused him of evading her attempts to serve him with her paternity and child support lawsuit.

Camille’s lawyer, Randall Kessler, says that his client tried to keep the matter private before going public. “[She] has done all she can to keep this civil, and has avoided commenting to the press,” said Kessler. “But after Mr. Roberts (Rick Ross) through his lawyer, made untrue statements to the media and the failure of the father of her children to provide any support for the past few months has left her with no choice but to seek help from the court and to offer this reply to what his lawyer told the press.”

Ross is denying the accusations. His lawyer, Leron Rogers, maintains that he has been paying child support and reached out to Camille through his lawyers to take a DNA test following their split.

The former couple welcomed son Billion Leonard Roberts in November 2018. Their daughter, Berkeley Hermes, was born in September 2017. Ross also has a teenage daughter Toie from a previous relationship.
