Rap-Up.com || The-Dream Divorced Christina Milian During Her Pregnancy

New details in The-Dream’s split from Christina Milian have been uncovered. Documents reveal that the hitmaker sought a divorce nine days before his wife gave birth to their daughter.

The-Dream filed paperwork in Georgia on February 17, claiming the marriage was “irretrievably broken,” reports TMZ. In the divorce documents, The-Dream declares, “There is no hope for reconciliation.”

The “Single Ladies” songwriter announced his separation from Milian earlier this month, saying they had been separated since last year. “The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet,” his rep told UsMagazine.com. “They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward.”

Milian and The-Dream wed on September 4, 2009, and welcomed their only child Violet on February 26. Despite the break up, Milian has been seen wearing her wedding ring in public.

LOL so they were only married for 5 months. Anyone find it ironic that the Dream’s songs are about love and names his album “Love King” when he probably has no idea what LOVE really is. What man divorces his wife days before she gives birth? One word…SCUMBAGGGGGGG. Stick to making music and not making babies with women that you don’t love and children you probably won’t care for you sick f***.

What a loser! I hope his career dies and Christina and Violet take everything! I know I won’t even remember who he was 10 yrs from now. Christina deserves someone so much better. I am disappointed that she was pretending the marriage was alright when it clearly wasn’t, I think it wouldn’t have looked so bad if she was upfront about the divorce. Maybe she was supporting him cuz she knew she was gonna take all that money when the divorce is finalized.

Things are hardly ever what they appear to be… but I mean dude does have a history. Look at Nivea. And he’s already been pictured with another female… I think as a person he’s a lame but I like his music. And I don’t get what announcing this after the fact has to do with protecting your child… I mean yeah everyone deserves privacy but this isn’t protecting anyone you’re still getting a divorce.
