New Music: Safaree feat. Sean Kingston - 'Paradise'

  /  05.25.2017

Welcome to “Paradise.”

After getting rid of “Bad Energy” with K. Michelle, Safaree takes fans to “Paradise” on his tropical banger featuring Sean Kingston.

The Jamaican duo brings island flavors to the Mantra-produced smash, providing a soundtrack for the hottest season of the year. With a nod to Beenie Man’s “Who Am I (Sim Simma)” and Britney Spears’ famous ex, SB kicks off the track with some flexing.

“Picture with me and you’ll become a headline,” he brags. “I’m not no baby daddy, never Kevin Federline / Sim simma! Who got the keys to the Beema?”

After Kingston’s infectiously melodic hook, Safaree returns with a nod to his collaborator. “Me and Sean stay fly like a pair of kites,” he raps. “Welcome to our world, baby, this is paradise!”

SB has already dubbed this the “biggest song of the summer” on social media. “Issa hit,” he added. “Summer BBQ SMASH READY!!”

“Paradise” follows “Bad Energy,” “Time,” “Stunt Daddy,” and “Can’t Lie,” ahead of SB’s forthcoming project Shoulda Been Did It, which is due this year.
