Video: Offset feat. Cardi B - 'Clout'

Offset and Cardi B heat up the screen in the long-awaited video for “Clout.”

The yellow-themed clip, creative directed by Offset and directed by Daniel Russell, showcases the couple’s undeniable chemistry. It opens with a masked Offset playing a yellow piano before destroying a cake with a yellow chainsaw.

Dressed in a black latex dominatrix outfit, Kulture’s mother comes through to give her man a lap dance while giving the camera an eyeful. After straddling Offset, Cardi gets buried in a pile of lemons and twerks in a yellow-lit room while calling out the clout chasers.

“Everybody wanna be this, if I was you, I’d hate me bitch,” she raps. “Read my rhymes, ni**a, suck my dick / All of that talk and I’m calling it out / Public opinions from private accounts / You not a check, then you gotta bounce.”

“Clout” appears on Offset’s solo debut Father of 4, which also features appearances from J. Cole, Travis Scott, 21 Savage, and Gucci Mane. The album opened at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 upon its release in February.

Next up, Offset will return to the studio with Migos for the third installment in the group’s Culture series, due next year. He also recently teased Without Warning 2, a sequel to 2017’s collaborative project with 21 Savage and Metro Boomin.
