Kanye West Attacks Pete Davidson Again in Second 'Eazy' Video

  /  03.09.2022

Kanye West is not finished with Pete Davidson.

After kidnapping and burying the “SNL” comedian alive in the controversial video for “Eazy,” Ye has debuted a second animated visual for his collaboration with The Game. Less violent than the original, the new clip finds Ye surrounded by a pack of skinned monkeys (like the “Eazy” cover art).

Ye brings his lyrics to life in the CGI clip, which depicts a wild monkey attacking someone who resembles Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend with a blurred-out face and wearing a “Skete” hoodie.

“God saved me from that crash / Just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s ass,” Ye raps while the bloody creature knocks Davidson to the ground before beating him up (at the 2:35 mark).

In response to the original video depicting Davidson’s murder, Ye defended his art. “Art is therapy just like this view. Art is protected as freedom of speech,” he wrote on Instagram. “Art inspires and simplifies the world. Art is not a proxy for any ill or harm. Any suggestion otherwise about my art is false and mal intended.”

Davidson apparently doesn’t seem to mind. According to one report, he finds Ye’s portrayal of him “hysterical.” “He is almost flattered by it all because it is so ridiculous to him,” a source told “Entertainment Tonight.”

Meanwhile, Kim plans to share her relationship with Davidson for the first time on her new Hulu reality series “The Kardashians,” which premieres April 14. She tells Variety that viewers will see “how we met and who reached out to who and how it happened and all the details that everyone wants to know.”
