VH1 Debuts New Trailer for 'CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story'

TLC continued their comeback campaign at Sunday’s VMAs. In anticipation of their upcoming album, Chilli and T-Boz walked the red carpet and introduced Drake’s performance.

During the commercials, VH1 aired a new trailer for the upcoming TLC biopic CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story. Lil Mama, KeKe Palmer, and Drew Sidora bear an uncanny resemblance to Left Eye, Chilli, and T-Boz in the scripted film, which premieres October 21 at 9 p.m.

In the 30-second spot, the actresses recreate famous moments from the trio’s life and career including their Grammy wins, relationship drama, and even burning down a house (as Left Eye did in 1994).

“This is how a group can sell 10 million albums and be broke,” says Lil Mama, who plays Left Eye.
