Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose

Amber Rose is in the middle of a bitter divorce from Wiz Khalifa, but she’s set to collect a big check.

According to TMZ, Amber will score more than $1 million dollars from Wiz based on a long prenuptial agreement she demanded before getting married. In addition to the one-time payout, Wiz also agrees to pay his wife over $5,000/month in spousal support.

Earlier this week, Amber filed for divorce from her husband of one year, and is asking for full custody of their one-and-a-half-year-old son Sebastian.

She also accused the “We Dem Boyz” rapper of cheating on her for months while on tour.

“I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think u guys know this,” she said in response to rumors of her infidelity. “Unfortunately my now ex husband can’t say the same.”

On Thursday night, a newly-single Amber—not wearing her wedding ring—stepped out to Slash’s album release party in West Hollywood followed by dinner at Bossa Nova.

Wiz hasn’t directly addressed the divorce, but seems to be taking it in stride. Following the split, he posted a photo of himself and his dog Vincent with the caption, “Smile for the day.”
