Kid Cudi Begins Work on 'Man on the Moon III'
Kid Cudi is back in the lab working on Man on the Moon III. The rapper has rounded up the old gang including Plain Pat, Emile Haynie, Dot Da Genius, and A-Trak for the third installment in his Man on the Moon trilogy.
“And so it begins,” said Cudi along with a photo of him in the studio with Haynie.

MOTM III follows 2010’s Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager and his 2009 debut Man on the Moon: The End of Day, which spawned the hit “Day ‘N’ Nite.”
Last February, he released the MOTM III prelude Satellite Flight: The Journey to Mother Moon.
He spoke about the album in a 2013 interview with Music Connection. “Man on the Moon III will show a whole other level of maturity, and it will answer a whole lot of questions,” said Cudi. “There’s a lot of missing links between MOTM and MOTM II. I also think that they were both very ignorant albums, so I think I’ll eliminate a lot of that ignorance.”
I can't/won't make MOTM3 w/o Pat, Emile & A Trak in the studio. We started together, we finish this together. It's time I assemble the team.

Cudi can also be seen in Coach’s spring 2015 “Dreamers” campaign alongside actress Chloë Grace Moretz.
“Kid Cudi’s effortless ease and coolness could not better embody the spirit of the spring ’15 men’s collection,” Coach creative director Stuart Vevers told WWD.
