Migos, Lil Yachty, and Gucci Mane Team Up on 'Intro'

  /  08.01.2019

As they gear up for the release of Control the Streets Volume 2, Quality Control drops a pair of new tracks featuring some of its biggest stars.

Migos, Lil Yachty, and Gucci Mane aka the Glacier Boyz reunite on the icy “Intro.” Over the DJ Durel production, the “Glacier Thugs” trade boastful bars about their drip and diamonds. “I seen your house, that’s a nice house, but look at my watch,” says Yachty.

ATL’s 24Heavy and Young Thug come together on “Longtime.” On the melodic track, they rap about their come-up (“I was a dirty diamond in the rough, but now I’m polished / See me clear”), while Thugger adds his soulful crooning.

Control the Streets Volume 2, the sequel to Quality Control’s 2018 compilation, arrives Aug. 16. Last month, the label dropped “Baby,” a collaboration with Lil Baby and DaBaby, and City Girls and Saweetie’s “Come On.”
