Kendrick Lamar Shoots ‘Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe’ Video

Kendrick Lamar took to the hills to shoot a video for his new single “Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe” on Tuesday. The new king of the West Coast held court in all white as he filmed scenes outdoors and inside a mansion. He was joined by his TDE family and some famous friends including Juicy J and comedian Mike Epps.

“Me and Kendrick Lamar on the bitch don’t kill my vibe the makin of the movie Tde entertain,” tweeted Epps.

The shoot was kept under wraps, but a few photos have surfaced online.

The fan favorite appears on Kendrick’s debut good kid, m.A.A.d city and has already spawned a remix with Jay-Z.

Fat Joe Shoots ‘Ballin” Video with Wiz Khalifa and Teyana Taylor

Fat Joe, Teyana Taylor, and Wiz Khalifa

Fat Joe got love from his friends while shooting the video for his new single “Ballin’” on Sunday. Joey Crack was poolside at a mansion in L.A. with the song’s featured guests Wiz Khalifa and Teyana Taylor.

G.O.O.D. Music’s First Lady rocked a white pantsuit and later changed into a Bulls jersey as she sat in a basketball hoop.

Wiz got behind the wheel of a classic car, while Joe looked dapper in his tux. Trey Songz and Scott Disick even stopped by to pay a visit.

“Movie!!!! Coming Soon,” tweeted Joe.

On Set of The-Dream’s ‘IV Play’ Video

While his peers were at Coachella, The-Dream spent his weekend shooting a video for “IV Play,” the title track off his upcoming album. The singer-songwriter pulled out the choppers and donned some fresh looks on the L.A. set on Sunday. He got gangsta in a long fur coat and posed against a wall with a voluptuous model in another scene, tweeting, “Damn!”

Due May 28, IV Play is set to feature collaborations with Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Kelly Rowland, Mary J. Blige, Big Sean, and more.

On Set of Drake’s ’5AM in Toronto’ Video

With “Started From the Bottom” still making waves on the charts, Drake went in front of the lens to shoot the video for “5AM in Toronto.” Wearing a throwback Cash Money Millionaires “Welcome to the Family” sweater, the Young Money rapper and his OVO crew took over the indoor sandbox court at Beach Blast in his hometown of Toronto earlier this week.

The dark visuals called for black lights and bikini-clad girls, who posed as volleyball players. Drizzy shot one scene overlooking the sandy court with the Canadian flag in the background. Many basketball players were said to be on set as well.

Drake dropped the controversial record earlier this month, but it’s unknown if it will make his third album Nothing Was the Same, due this summer.

On Set of Sean Kingston’s ‘Beat It’ Video with Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa

Sean Kingston brought the party to Malibu while shooting the Colin Tilley-directed video for his summer smash “Beat It” on Saturday. The 23-year-old singer was joined by his friends Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa, who are featured on his Back 2 Life single.

The fellas filmed scenes at a mansion overlooking the coastline. Breezy and Sean chilled poolside while taking in the sunset. In another scene, a leather-clad Kington posed in front a million-dollar Lamborghini Reventón.

“‘Beat It’ Video is A Wrapp!!!! Thanks to all the beautiful ladies that was on set and shout out to my dude Colin Tiley For Making It A Movie,” tweeted Kingston.

Cassie Shoots ‘Paradise’ Video with Wiz Khalifa

Cassie hit the set with Wiz Khalifa to shoot a video for their new collaboration “Paradise,” which appears on her upcoming mixtape #RockaByeBaby.

The Bad Boy singer and Taylor Gang leader kicked it with their friends on the porch of a house in L.A. while filming scenes on Wednesday. Cassie dropped the top and cruised the streets in an old school whip with her girlfriends including Karrueche Tran.

She also received a visit from Diddy, who rolled up to the set in his blacked-out Maybach. Amber Rose, Problem, Jeremih, and Da Internz, who produced the track, also stopped by.

“Just wrapped an amazing video with @wizkhalifa !! Dope shiiii #RockaByeBaby,” tweeted Cassie.

Behind the Video: Tyga f/ Wiz Khalifa – ‘Molly’

You don’t need to pop pills to experience Tyga’s trippy new video. The Young Money rapper let his imagination run wild while shooting the clip for “Molly” with Wiz Khalifa and Mally Mall this week in Los Angeles. T-Raww gives us a sneak peek into the visuals, which feature UV lights, robots, and a packed club.

“I wanted to mix I, Robot with a little Alice in Wonderland. I wanted to make it real trippy for ya’ll and just make it crazy,” said Tyga.

The song will appear on his upcoming album Hotel California, due April 9. In addition to Wiz, the guest list includes Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Chris Brown, Future, 2 Chainz, and Jadakiss.

Behind the Video: Fabolous f/ Chris Brown – ‘Ready’

Fabolous has been on his mixtape grind with his S.O.U.L. Tapes, but he’s “Ready” to return to the charts. Loso teamed up with Chris Brown while shooting the video for The Runners-produced single off his upcoming album Loso’s Way 2. MTV News was on set as the two filmed scenes in a studio and along the sunny shores of Malibu.

“We definitely wanted a tropical [scene],” said the Brooklyn MC. “We wanted some ocean because the second location is actually in the Dominican Republic. We wanted something here that could match the tropical feel of the island.”

He praised his collaborator Chris, who wore all white while overlooking the coastline. “Chris Brown is definitely killing his performances as usual, and he pulls off another spectacular performance,” said Fab.
