Ariana Grande Sings Broadway Version of A$AP Rocky’s ‘F**kin’ Problems’

Ariana Grande

In honor of Ariana Grande, MTV brought back its iconic music show “TRL – Total Request Live” for one day only. The pint-sized diva took over Times Square during the 30-minute special, entitled “Total Ariana Live.” Fans waited outside in the rain to catch a glimpse of their idol, who couldn’t hide her nerves.

“I’m very, very excited, but I’m very nervous,” she said. “I’ve sung on live TV a million times, but I’ve never done anything like this.”

Backed by a pianist, she performed a stripped-down version of her hit “Problem” and put a Broadway spin on A$AP Rocky’s “Fuckin’ Problems.” She had the MTV censors working overtime as she belted out the expletive lyrics.

Plus, she debuted her Zedd-assisted single “Break Free” with some help from her dancers.

Ariana will perform the song off her upcoming album My Everything at the VMAs in L.A. on August 24.

Robin Thicke Brings ‘Paula’ Campaign to ‘GMA’

Robin Thicke

Following his performance at Sunday’s BET Awards, Robin Thicke stopped by “Good Morning America” on Wednesday. The R&B crooner, who revealed that he hasn’t seen his wife in four months, performed songs off his deeply personal album Paula including the first single “Get Her Back.”

He also spoke about dedicating the album to his estranged wife. “We were childhood sweethearts,” he said. “She’s the best person I have ever met. The least I could do would be to devote an album to her.”

In addition to the sad songs, there are also some uplifting tracks. “I wanted there to be moments where she had hope and positivity that her and I can still both have a great life. No matter what happens, we’ll be great friends and great parents.”

Thicke’s campaign to win back his wife continues. Catch him on “The View” and “Jimmy Kimmel Live” today.
