Wale Announces New Album 'Wow...That's Crazy'

Wale has revealed a title and release date for his new album.

Wow…That’s Crazy is set to arrive Oct. 11. He made the announcement in his “Therapy Sessions” trailer, where he sits down with a therapist, who asks him why he’s seeking treatment (“My label,” he responds) before being joined by his multiple personalities.

“I never want to make anything that doesn’t feel infinite .. absolute .. this album is my most personal by far,” tweeted Wale. “The majority of my time making it I just knew it would be my last ..anyways give me another hour of hyperventilating and overthinking about things.”

The album, his first since 2017’s Shine, has already spawned the singles “BGM” and “On Chill” featuring Jeremih.

Before the album’s release, Wale will hit the road on his “Everything Is Fine” tour, which kicks off Sept. 20 in Fort Lauderdale and wraps Oct. 28 in Seattle.
