Pusha-T Welcomes Son Nigel Brixx Thornton
Pusha-T is a father!
The rapper and his wife Virginia Thornton welcomed their first child, Nigel Brixx Thornton, on June 11. Taking to Instagram on Monday, the proud dad made the big announcement and shared the first photos of his son with the world.
“NIGEL BRIXX THORNTON 🚀 JUNE 11 2020,” he wrote in his caption.
The new mom posted photos of Pusha holding his baby boy and staring in his eyes. “MY GUYS!” she captioned the adorable pics. She also revealed Nigel’s weight—7 pounds, 7 ounces—and height—21 inches.
In December, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child. “Finally landed my dream job,” wrote Virginia. “World, make way for BABY THORNTON! Arriving Gemini season 2020!! WE ARE OVER THE MOON!!!!!!!!!!!!”
The G.O.O.D. Music president married his longtime girlfriend in his hometown of Virginia Beach in July 2018.
